In my role as Manager VAT & IPT Technology Services, I'm responsible for overseeing the Technology Department within our Managed Services division. The department is responsible for the success of our chosen VAT & IPT Reporting System ensuring it enables Compliance to deliver their services efficiently and allows them to consistently meet the Service Levels agreed with our clients. We assist them with implementing clients on the reporting system but also by delivering support and or training to them on a day to day based. As manager of the team I'm also responsible for ensuring we have appropriate technology solutions available to meet changing legislation and reporting requirements across the EU.
